We offer Express delivery as a standard to provide our customer fast delivery anywhere, anytime. We ship by major express couriers directly from our central logistic warehouse located in Parma, Italy directly to your door. Special shipment can be arranged for Professional accounts starting from half pallet up to full container
Ex work delivery can be also arranged upon request if you wish your order to be loaded by your own forwarder
Shipment cost is calculated at checkout and it's based on order weight and country of delivery.
70 % of orders are dispatched within 24h.
15 % of orders are dispatched within 24h.
We work hard to ensure most of the orders placed on business days before 11 AM, will be dispatched within 48h. Orders placed during weekends or official public holidays will be prepared from the first following business day.
At particular times of of the year, or for special orders we reserve the right a maximum delay of 6 working days to process your order.
Goods are traveling under the responsibility of the the buyer. Additional insurance coverage can be required to protect the buyer for any damage or loss of the goods.

Each order is associated with "temporary" parcel number
(in the BARTOLINI this number is called ID COLLO),
To find out this tracking number, sign in to your account on the site where you purchased the product and check the ID COLLO number associated with your order.
Warning: if you have bought without creating an account, it is not possible to follow the status of your orders online.
You will have to wait for the e-mail tht will be forwarded to you by the courier. This message will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is registered by the courier’s offices.

- Enter your number in the corresponding “ID COLLO" box and click on "RICERCA".
- The following page contains the info with also the final international shipping number DPD (DPD is the name of Bartolini for Europe) With the DPD number you can check the delivery status also on the DPD website https://www.dpd.com/tracking
If the parcel has already arrived at the Bartolini mail management, you will find the details of the delivery tracking with updates on the expected time and delivery date.
If no results appear, do not worry, this means that your order is still being processed or has been delivered to Bartolini's van, but has not yet arrived at the branch. Please wait and try again.
Info: when Bartolini registers the package in the branch, he will automatically send you an e-mail informing you of the delivery.
