EXCHANGE & RETURN GUIDELINES :

You have the right to cancel your online, mail and telephone order for any reason by notifying the ducatihome.it  within 14 days of receiving the order.

You have another 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned unused, complete in it's original packaging. Customer is liable to return the product.

Returns/refund policy for EU customers

If you purchased from inside the EU shipping cost  of your order will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Refund will include the price payed for the purchased product and delivery costs excluding any indirect additional costs incurred for the purchase. 

Returns/ refund policy for non-EU customers

If you purchased from outside the EU, your order will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Refund will include the price payed for the purchased product, excluding any shipment, delivery, return or other  indirect additional costs incurred for the purchase. 

Exceptions

Refund will be denied in case of personalized items and custom-made items

In order to claim a refund, simply contact the Customer Service  by sending an email (info@ducatihome.it) and report the problem occurred, it would be appreciate to get  the reason of the claim to verify if substitution or replace of the product could be evaluable. 

Wait return confirmation ( will be sent by e-mail notification)  before returning the product.

In case the product was delivered damaged, please to urgently ( within 2 days) provide the relevant photographic evidence (damaged delivered packages or products) to allow a claim to the forwarder where applicable.
