RETURN & REFUND GUIDELINES :

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR EU CUSTOMERS (in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005):

 

EU Area B2C ( Business to Consumers) sales:

The consumer's right of withdrawal is enshrined in Article 64 of the Consumer Code, which provides that the consumer, i.e., the natural person who privately makes a distance purchase (B2C), has the right to withdraw from the purchase without specifying the reason and without incurring any penalty within 14 days of receiving the purchased product (Legislative Decree 21/2014 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU)).

The consumer must notify the seller (via email/certified email/or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) of their intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned intact and unused, complete in its original packaging, within 14 days of notifying the seller.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. The order will be refunded. Within 14 days of receiving the product in perfect condition.

The refund includes the price paid, including product and shipping costs paid by the consumer.

Any additional indirect costs incurred for the purchase, product inspection, and the costs of returning the product are excluded and remain the responsibility and at charge of the consumer.

In the event the product purchased is returned to the seller incomplete, used or damaged  the seller may decide to grant a partial refund only.

Refunds are not available, or are subject to the seller's specific assessment of each individual case, for sales of products for which the consumer has requested customization, such as, for example, a version of a product with customized software, or a product painted in a custom color requested by the consumer.

EU Area B2C ( Business to Business) sales:

The right of withdrawal and refund applies only to purchases made in a B2C transaction (purchase made by a private consumer purchasing for purposes other than their business activity). The right of withdrawal with return for refund does not apply to sales made B2B, i.e., to professionals (natural or legal persons) who purchase in the exercise of their profession by providing their VAT number and tax code and requesting an invoice. The Consumer Code does not apply to all B2B sales.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS FOR EXTRA EU CUSTOMERS 

If you are a customer who has ordered a product from outside the EU countries and you wish to return a product to get a refund, you must notify the seller (via email to

or registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) within 14 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned intact and unused, complete in its original packaging, within 14 days of notifying the seller. The shipping costs to return the product to the seller are at the charge of the buyer and the shipping cost paid in the original order will not be remboursed.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product. The order will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods. The refund includes the price paid for the product, excluding shipping costs and return shipping. Any additional indirect costs incurred for purchasing or inspecting the product will not be refunded.

In the event of an incomplete, used or damaged product being returned, the seller reserves the right to grant a partial refund.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product at the seller's return address

Refunds are not available or assessed on a case-by-case basis for customized or personalized products.

Refund will be denied in case of personalized items and custom-made items

In order to claim a refund, simply contact the Customer Service by sending an email (info@ducatihome.it) and report the problem that occurred, it would be appreciated to explain the reason for the claim to verify if substitution or replace of the product could be evaluated. 

Wait return confirmation ( will be sent by e-mail notification)  before returning the product.
