If your product needs to be inspected and repaired by our after-sales support team, please follow these steps:

1. Download the Terms of Service and the Return Authorization Form below.
2. Fill out the form completely.
3. Send us back by email the completed form to receive authorization to ship your product.
4. Attach a copy of the completed form inside the package with the product
